I am a pharmaceutical executive with more than 35 years of experience across scientific leadership, drug development, formulation, pharmaceutical operations, global procurement, and strategic sourcing. My career has focused on connecting scientific innovation with commercial and operational execution, helping organizations turn complex opportunities into sustainable enterprise value.

I am currently Chief Scientific Officer for the Knightpoint Group LLC where I direct scientific strategy, devise and oversee work programmes with selected CDMO’s to increase the value of the company through Pre-Clinical development including proof of concept.

I provide thought leadership and strategy by using a collaborative approach to build teams, initiate in depth reviews and facilitate work programmes that deliver value.

I formed my own consultancy in 2019 following 20 years in R&D and 15 years in Global Strategic Sourcing within 2 major pharmaceutical companies, one originator and the other a major generics company.

During my time in consultancy i have advised four different compaies from major Pharma to a BioTech start up and I am currently advising two companies on Science and Scientific Strategy.

I am Lean Six Sigma black belt trained especially in manufacturing excellence.
