Andrew Burgess is a pharmaceutical executive and scientific leader with more than 35+ years of experience at the intersection of science, innovation, operations, and commercial execution. He began in research, analytical chemistry, formulation, and pharmaceutical development before moving into global procurement, strategic sourcing, supplier strategy, manufacturing, and executive scientific leadership. This breadth has shaped how he approaches complex opportunities: understanding the science while considering how an idea can be developed, scaled, and turned into value.
Andrew has worked across leading pharmaceutical environments including GlaxoSmithKline, Mylan, and Knightpoint Group. His experience includes responsibility for a medical-device portfolio of approximately $500 million and strategic sourcing supporting a $3 billion respiratory portfolio.
